The Hypno-Gastric Bypass is an innovative and scientifically based program that has proven its services many times before, with which you can lose excess weight in a healthy and responsible way through hypnosis to make you feel satisfied faster through much smaller amounts to eat. It provides a permanent solution that also helps solve your weight problems in the long term, and afterwards ensures that your weight problems stay away.
It also changes the way you think about food. The program gives such safe and predictable results.
Through the power of hypnosis, a gastric band is installed in your subconscious mind, which will feel just like a real gastric band without the drawbacks. The hypnotherapy convinces your brain that after you have eaten a small amount, your mini stomach is packed, and feels full so you don't feel like eating any more and you stop eating immediately. That feeling of satiety lasts until your next meal so that you never feel hungry and do not feel like nibbling snacks.

What is the Hypno-Gastric Bypass program?
The program consists of eight simple rules. If you follow these eight rules, your subconscious mind will ensure that you reach your target weight in a healthy, safe and fast way and that you stay around that weight.
In every session you receive from Melanie, the subconscious mind receives new assignments that fall within these eight rules of the game. If you stick to these rules, the subconscious mind is guaranteed to reduce your weight.
These 8 simple rules of the game are:
1. Eat three regular, small and varied meals a day
2. Eat slowly and consciously, enjoying every bite
3. Stop eating as soon as you have enough
4. Buy and take multivitamins
5. Listen to the audio hypnosis you are getting daily
6. Exercise for a minimum of 30 minutes a day. That could be a walk, or doing housework, exercising, taking the elevator less and taking the stairs more often ... Do something that you enjoy!
7.Buy a new item of clothing in advance that matches your target weight (the image of yourself that you want to obtain) (this must be purchased by the 2nd session at the latest)
8. Drink plenty of water and choose low-calorie drinks

How does the program work?
When you are motivated to start the program, please contact Melanie. You will then be asked to pay an advance or if the appointment happens online or very shortly afterwards, to pay the full amount and fill in an intake form.
The sessions are only scheduled after receiving the advance or the full amount and the intake form.
While you close your eyes and listen to relaxing music in the background and to the voice of Melanie, she makes contact with your subconscious mind and installs the Hypno-Gastric Bypass through various hypnosis techniques.
All you have to do is close your eyes and listen to her voice and follow her instructions.
After the session you will receive the audio home hypnosis (via Whats app or e-mail) that you should listen to daily afterwards. The duration is approximately 12 minutes.
Afterwards you just go home or are perfectly able to carry out all the activities you had planned.

At first we discuss how your first session went, whether you listened to your audio at home self-hypnosis session every day, did enough exercise, ...
The program should certainly not be experienced as difficult, but as self-evident and easy.
By this session you must have purchased a piece of clothing in the size that you would like to fit in (no intermediate size!). This garment will be used as an extra motivation factor and is also used in the hypnosis session as an extra stimulus.
Under hypnosis, strengthening suggestions are given that further change your eating habits and strengthen your motivation to lose weight. The part that gives your appetite or appetite for snacks is addressed here. If necessary, the Hypno gastric band is tightened.
If you want to teach yourself hypnosis, this can be done after this session.
3rd and possibly following sessions:
These are scheduled with approximately 2 weeks in between or if necessary in consultation with the client.
What is expected of you?
• The necessary motivation
• It is very useful if you have a good imagination! But is not necessary to get good results.
• Be willing to set aside about 15 minutes each day during the first month to listen to the MP3 to keep yourself motivated. Afterwards this is only once a week.
• Be prepared to do at least half an hour of extra exercise every day, such as: walking, cycling, dancing, swimming, ...
If you take all those points into account, your success in permanently losing weight is in your hands.
When is this program NOT suitable for you?
I only work with people who are fully committed to the program. Participants who are motivated and really want it and who trust me. I am more than 200% committed to support you and help you achieve your goals, I expect that from you too. You get support and that little push in the back, but you take care of the result.
